Ordering Information

All items are handmade by me and I aim to send out all orders within 14 days.  However, most orders are sent out earlier than that.  If orders are going to take longer than the two weeks I will e-mail you to let you know.  This might happen at busy times, such as Christmas or if I am away, and there is just one of me!  If you require an item quickly, please e-mail to ask how soon I can get it sent to you as often I have goods in stock.

Payment

Payments are taken from the online shop through paypal.  If for any reason you cannot pay through paypal, please send a cheque with information about what you would like to order and your contact details.  I will send out the goods once the cheque has cleared.

Postage

Postage is currently free until the end of July to all UK addresses.  For addresses abroad, please e-mail me telling me which products you would like to purchase and I will contact you with the shipping costs to that address.  This will be the price I will pay at the Post Office.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please e-mail me to let me know which items you would like to return.  You can then return the goods with the original labels attached and I will credit you Paypal account once I receive them.
